I bench 200 and have beaten the shit out of kids who bench 300 before. Benching shows very little in an actual fight. Must I repeat....boxing......champion. That means he knows how to fights. Knowing how to fight and being able to take hits is the most important thing in a fight. Sorry Chip.....your 245(bs) wouldn't matter much. 8)

Well good for you Excell. I play football and train everyday with. I can lift about 200 and I play on the D line so I know all about this kind of stuff because I got to face guys who are could be 3 times my size, but no one can hold me down.

I've taken martial arts for 10 years of my life and I've knocked quite a few people out in my day who think they're tough because they play sports like football. I don't see your point. 8)

martial arts mean that you are so swift that you turn the enemys strenghs to his weakness so that when a big rugbyplayer comes at you you simply step aside and he runs into a wall..


oh and you can trow fireballs, wich is a great help agaist hockey-players :P
