Well obviously the teleporters aren't in The Way itself. The only reason there are teleporters or buildings going to random locations is becuase the sword rearranges everything to its own accord. Aside from the teleporters everything else is exactly the same. It is NOT an accurate reflection of reality (duh) it is an exact physical representation of the real Estrana, in other words it looks exactly like the real Estrana. The teleporters were added by the sword as a means of transportation from one location to another or something.
