See the problem with Keanu Reeves being considered an actor is that actors have to act.

Ideally, Rhue would be played by a young actor whom is unknown to many, not a big star. This way he'll seem very 'different' to a mainstream audience, used to big names = probably the right effect.

Heh, maybe some of us could be in it.
In this day and age, an era where there are people who actually throw shit at each other, anything, could be possible.

How many people here have actually acted proffessionally? Besides, there are a few emerging actors right now that are fantastic. Joseph Gordon-Levitt would be fantastic for Rhue I think. Most people would probably know him from Third Rock from the Sun. But he had an amazing breakout movie debut (Brick) that really proved his acting skills. Plus he just suits the role perfectly, imo.

Viggo Mortensen for Traziun... no wait, he might not fit with balzing red hair...

To argue with you, I've never really enjoyed Reeves as a killer. My favorite role of his was in "I Love You To Death", and in that, he didn't even really have to act. Heck, for that matter, we might as well throw Orlando Bloom in there (only kidding).

However, I do honestly feel that, being a huge film fan as I am, that Johnny Depp would make one killer Traziun. After seeing "Pirates", I've realized that he can actually act, and quite well, I might add.

Clint Eastwood or Ian McKellen (perferrably McKellen) would be my choice for the perverted old man Dirk.

And that's all I can think of for now.

What are you ON? How many Depp movies have you seen? Look at Edward Scissorhands, look at What's Eating Gilbert Grape. He's always been a good actor dude. But I do agree he would make a wicked Traziun. That fits perfectly in my mind.
