Aye. It's funny that on my frist time through he kept beating me with his first attack (just barely enough for a 4-step) then I tried Crippler and that made it onlya 2-step, after which I hit him with Burning Edge. Wham, bam, thank you Rhue. I think the reason for the weakness and power up is that so you can beat him, but he isn't someone you can afford to mess up with.
