Good thing Lun doesn't make a scenario about a bunch of gangsters in the hood of Estrana. Iorek would have a field day correcting Lun's terrible grammar.

And Iorek,
TRY
should be all lower case letters.

Grow up.

TRY in lower case, huh? Isn't that a self-defeating statement, since you guys claim something like that to be dialect?

Honestly, Porter, I'm almost certain there was something unintentionally incorrect. You're not making anyone feel stupid but yourself what you attempt to correct something that's intentionally done. Don't argue with me Porter, you WON'T win.

Try not to take that as a challenge to go on one of your regular rants against me.

A word of advice: If you really want to be the bigger man, by all means, don't respond to this post; I've brought my up narcissisticly specifically in this post to give you an opportunity.

cheers, Iorek

See, now it's time for our second lesson. Today's lesson is called "Sarcasm."

You see, my dear Iorek, Porter knew that he was contradicting himself. He was merely making fun of you. The true reason behind sarcasm is unknown, but many scholars believe that it must have something to do with the fact that you're a dumbass.

CHEERS! BECAUSE I SIGN MY POSTS WHEN MY NAME IS ON THE UPPER LEFT!

Glenn.

And just for the record, that sentence completely lacked any grammatical structure. Thought you should know.

Impossible found the error.

Porter can dish sarcasm but can't respond to it.

Glen never seems to know what he's talking about. You see Glen, if it is sarcasm, Porter is, as I stated earlier, only defeating himself. As that was an intentional error.

Cheers to growing up and not starting (failing, but still starting every time anyway for some reason) debates with Iorek every time he decides to post.

No defending this:

Consistently throughout the episodes, we're (a contraction for we are) is stated as "were"

Ex: Were part of the Guided.

Yes, that's true. I've also noticed were and youre instead of using the apostrophe. However, in all other cases such as scarve, Lyrra's sentence and such I have to say that having it SOUND well is much more important than having it be grammatically correct, at least to a certain degree.

My native language isn't English and I too get bothered by bad spelling/grammar, but that is certainly not the case with The Way.

It isn't mine either, but judging that you've been around on this board for this long, then I take it that you can live with it, can't you ;-) no pun towards you but to towards the people that can't spell... 8)

I was talking about games though, not on the forum. That's different. I put a needle in my Alundra voodoo doll whenever you spell something wrong :P
