Okay I went through installing everything then I clicked on start at the bottom of my computer screen then programs. I put my mouse on the way file and the only thing that comes up is uninstall The Way 1.

The Way install doesn't have a run shortcut installed with it. Find the RPG_RT.exe file in the folder where you installed the game and run it.
The Way FAQ (Now updated, more or less, for Episode 6)

Yes it does... It even makes desktop shortcuts.

Nevermind I figured it out I found the file in my computer and am now able to play it.

Yes it does... It even makes desktop shortcuts.

Not Episode 1... the others are fine, it's just this one episode that has the problem.
