On some of the maps in the updated versions you can walk over some of the tiles which should be unpassable. i.e you can walk on some walls to some extent.
In this day and age, an era where there are people who actually throw shit at each other, anything, could be possible.

Please be much more specific. I need to have an good idea of what map it occurs on and what tile.

In the Grand Casino in Episode 4 and/or 5. I'll try to find the others I encountered.
