It's kind of boring, yes. Even with 4 people.

I thought about getting it, but decided not to in the end. Doesn't look llike I missed out on much.

Actually it's not too bad.
it's more of a kid's game though.
The big problem with it though is that it doesn't have a solid storyline.
And the fixed camera angle is quite annoying as well

It wasn't THAT terrible. I must say though that it was rather easy in overall boss-fighting difficulty. And the puzzles were of a higher difficulty calibur at a few points (for children). So it really didn't fit into the "kid game" category, nor the older category.
Two-player is really fun. My friend and I beat the whole thing in 2-player, helping each other solve the puzzles. That is basically the best way to play it without complete and utter boredom.

Well, I rented it a while ago, and it started out being fun, but it's really repedative once you have to start replaying levels. There isn't much to the game either. I think it's a good game to kill some time with 3 extra people (although it doesn't happen often).

I kinda liked it. But its a "one time only" game. After its beat, I just went right back to SSBM.

"You see, wire telegraph is a kind of a very, very long cat. You pull his tail in New York and his head is meowing in Los Angeles. Do you understand this? And radio operates exactly the same way: you send signals here, they receive them there. The only difference is that there is no cat." (Albert Einstein, when asked to describe radio)

To me, even on multiplayer in really, really sucked. And the puzzles? What puzzles? Opening a few doors with some circular shaped things? I think the only puzzle that was really anything at all was getting the holy element. And it was hard to not take notice of the only interesting part of the story, what with the village elders stopping you every year..

Nothing can beat Final Fantasy Mystic Quest...

Seriously though, that game rocked.

"What the hell? Why am I running around with a goblet?"
"Cause you're gay. You Harry Potter wannabe."
Lame conversation my two friends had while playing. Easily the high point of my experience with the game.

Any multiplayer action RPG is fun to me, and I sort of liked Crystal Chronicles, playing with 2 other friends

Playing with friends is pretty cool!
Same goes for zelda 4 swords, but that game has a cooler interface for playing alone though.
Still I like ff cc for the graphics and the way it breaks and still stays true to the ff legacy though.
