"You see, wire telegraph is a kind of a very, very long cat. You pull his tail in New York and his head is meowing in Los Angeles. Do you understand this? And radio operates exactly the same way: you send signals here, they receive them there. The only difference is that there is no cat." (Albert Einstein, when asked to describe radio)

It's been rated 'T' for 'Teen'

But seriously, it's gonna be the best RPG this year. Possibly the best for many years to come.
So of course Tim Buckly had his say.

Side note: http://www.ilovebees2.com

This seems like a viral ad campaign for Oblivion rather than Halo because:

1)There is an ASCII image of a knight from Oblivion on the page.
2)ilovebees2.com is apparently censored on the Elder Scrolls forums.

I would just like to point out that no one here is allowed to anticipate this game more than I am. That's a bannable offense.

I just got this game, and I have to say that I'm offended.

1) The Redguard are a race of black people that get a penalty to their intelligence stat. This means that Bethesda is implying that all black people are idiots and that we must bow down to the superior Aryan race.

2) When riding a horse, you can actually SEE THE HORSE'S ASSHOLE IN THIRD PERSON VIEW!!! I don't know how this got past the ESRB, but it's disgusting.

the question is...is the horse's ass-hole seen with proper shading, coloring, and surfacing without considerable lag?

Obviously the game's makers trying to reach out to those of its target users who like horseporn...

60 hours into the game.

Might I just say -

"Fuckin'. Awesome."

If you have a soul you will purchase this game. And you will DEVOTE YOUR LIFE TO IT.

It's too open in my opinion. You lose all sense of story orientation, unless of course you move from main story point to another, but then you KNOW you're missing out on everything so no matter how you look at it, there's no way I will grow to like this :?

Huh. What I like to do is close my eyes, spin around in circles, stop, open my eyes and run in whatever direction I'm facing, tackling all the caves and ruins I might find. Then when my encumbrance is full of valuable weapons, I quicktravel back to a city and sell all of it. Then maybe I'll do some quests or something...

Is it just me, or are enemies with shields WAY too good at using them? It takes me a whole second or two to raise my shield, but they seemt to be able to block every single hit I try and land, and pummel me with hits while I'm recoiling. And for the record, when I block, the enemies recoil for about a nanosecond, and continue their assault. Not especially fun, considering I have to decend into a fortress which has like two of these guys (in fun dwarven heavy armor, to add insult to injury...) positioned around every corner. I wish my character could cast magic for beans...
