Brawl?

Anybody else standing in line at or before midnight for SSBB? I'm probably gonna be at the store around 10:30 at the latest.

The Gamestop here isn't having a midnight release because, and the store owner said this himself, he'll be at home playing Brawl.
None of the other stores here do midnight releases. Dunno if I would have gone anyway.

I walked by 3 guys playing it Saturday or Sunday morning in the community living area. I just grabbed a controller and joined the next match.
It's fun shit, damn that Pikachu! That shock mouse will die!

I'm totally loving it so far. I beat adventure mode, got all but one character (Wolf, gotta figure that guy out), and now I'm just brawling until I get wireless internet to start an online record. All I gotta say: Holy shit Sonic is fast. He's basically the only character that reminds me of my Melee speed with Sheik. I've been mostly playing as Meta Knight, Pikachu, Lucario, Lucas, Marth, and now Sonic since he's the last you unlock.
Personal favorite's Lucario, cuz even though he's not the best character he gets stronger the higher his damage is. Plus he's badass.

3 words: Super Fucking Sonic.
Not only is he fast enough to be the first and last one to the smash ball, but his super move is awesome like Pikachu's but with the control to actually hurt someone.

Yes, Marth still owns. His attacks don't reach QUITE as far, but holy shit he's good. And his no-direction B button attack is kickass.
In fact, this version of Smash Bros is the first where the B-button is actually useful for battle tactics with almost every character. Especially Sonic. Oh, Captain Olimar, you knocked me high up and far left so that I'm nowhere near the level? Umm, Spin Dash?
Would ya look at that, im in ur faces, killin ur pikminz.
