Just beat Teachey...>_> Don't know what iiShenron was thinking when she decided on his identity, but the rest of that scene was amazing. O_O I'm excited to see how that revelation effects the rest of the game.

I thought the identity of Teachy was pretty nice, if only to see the Alex sprite used as a villian for once.

oh, and iiShenron = he.

Ah, this confused me:

Sage Of The Wise wrote:Yeah, the character balancing is a problem. Iishenron's talked about how that's one of the main things he'd fix if he could do it again. Especially Kanna. If you want to make one of the crappier ones usable give them all the ridiculous equipment, that should bring them up to par with the others. I haven't done the path where you get Roper, he/she (i cant even remember lol) might be good. I'll probably try that out soon.

She. Understandable confusion, though.

Looking at it again, I can see he's talking about Roper, not iiShenron XD

When your trying to see Duke Salem in act 1, if you decide to wait in line it says "And so, Vance and North decided to wait for the Line's End...
" and then they never make it. iiShenron making A Blurred Line jokes now?

Yeah. He makes a couple, actually, but I forgot where the other one was.

The other one is an NPC in the same place who says something like "I think I'll just wait here for the Line to Narrow". XD

There's also a reference to RPG Advocate somewhere, I think.

I know it can be purchased in a hidden shop located in a slum area with pickpockets (I can look up the name later if you don't know what I am talking about). I don't know if it can be found anywhere for free or not.

Oh, that's the place where you go to fight Orrum, right?
Thanks, I'll be sure to make note of that for my FAQ.

There is the Gold Mace, that has 57 attack instead of Zanbattou's 50. But Zanbattou has a 15% chance of causing shock, and it hits all enemies, so its probably Anderson's best.

I went through the item list quickly and heres what seem to be everyone's best weapon:
Vance: Claymore
Clifton: Gold Scimitar
North: Razor Gauntlet
Fayette: Mystic Rod or Blenheim (One has massive heal all spell, other has more attack and hits all enemies)
Anderson: Zanbattou
Kanna: Grimorum Universalis
Holly: Gold Rapier
Tatum: Gold Bow
Roper: Gold Spear

I've been looking through the code involving the Bowman boat race bounty and the stolen trophy bounty, and I can't find anything that says they are mutually exclusive. In fact, the scenes for the stolen trophy bounty have altered dialouge for if you did the boat race. So right now I'm almost positive you can do both.

Also, when Florence gives you the stolen trophy bounty, Vance says he remembers Dalzell if you did the Fairmont Tower bounty, which makes no sense. I'm pretty sure that trigger was supposed to be for if you finished the boat race one.

I'm still trying to work out the whether you can use Anderson in the other bounties, its still looking like a no at the moment.

I also remember doing both of them the last time I played through.

I'm pretty sure you can do both. Lulz at that screw up with the switch conditions though...I guess nobody noticed since most people do all the jobs anyway.

I definitely don't think you can use Anderson for the other jobs. The most conclusive piece of evidence to me is that when Lucama talks about her amulet, Vance can only say that Benson and Mauldin stole it, not that he has it. In fact, it's possible that the jobs with Anderson were removed just so that you couldn't keep Lucama's amulet by getting it after Benson and Mauldin steal your stuff.

Either that or to keep you from having too much money. One of iishenron's goals with the game definitely seemed to be to make money scarce and have the player actually worry about spending it, unlike in most games. And I'm at the desert right now and have over 400GP, which is a ton.

Just checked, Benson takes everything from you except the menu prism and North's engagement ring. The only things it keeps track of you having are GP, Lucama's Amulet, Marion's Staff, the Olar Amulet, and rune tablet fragments.

EDIT: Nevermind, Benson for some reason doesn't steal the Olar Amulet, well that sure is nice of him.

Yeah, he doesn't steal that because the event where Fayette turns it in is before you get the chance to get your stolen stuff back.
He also doesn't steal anything you have equipped.
