Yeah, the ending was perhaps the only game moment that made me shed a tear. Really touching. I agree about its deepness too. That's what draws me to Enix's games, the underlying philosophy present, and the objective nature of the whole games. Plus, they tend to completely ignore religious taboos (one reason Terranigma was probably only released in Europe). ...And of course, the graphics are at the top of their game, the soundtrack is great, and the combat system was executed perfectly.
