Alundra wrote:Yes indeed i might have been wrong about the name of rhue's actual sword but ur missing the point!!! JERUH the man killed by rhue and gaius carried a sword too!!!!!!!!! that is the same sword that is under the ballar mansion, the same one traz dives in the pits for and kills his father with!!!
i wasn't even talking about rhue here...
I was taking for granted the obvious fact that the sword possessed by "Rhue" and that used by Jeruh were one and the same. Here's a timeline: Jeruh finds Phantom Slasher while looking for the other kids. It drives him over the edge and he commits the Landorin massacre, absorbing Serena's aura in the process. Midian hunts for Jeruh for years, finally catching up to him and killing him. However, the power of Phantom Slasher overwhelms Midian when he picks it up, and he takes on Jeruh's imaginary personality, Rhue. (I mention the absorbing of Serena's aura, because that proves that Rhue's sword, which contains Serena's aura, was the same one used at the massacre.)

(or whaterver that name was it's not the phantom slasher or the sword lyrra ultimately obtains)
besides you messed up two distinct things that have to stay together read on
I guess I was confused by the mention of Traziun's enervation, because it would have nothing whatsoever to do with Kalmar taking a new body, unless that body was Traziun's. So why did you mention it?
Alundra wrote:I'm saying that those two figures aren't exactly kura and kava but traz near the former body of his dad...
That would be a wild and pointless coinciendence. Moreover, it fails to account for several facts. Most importantly, we know that Kalmar has possessed Ghost Horror (his shadow sword) for quite some time. Where was Ghost Horror when Jeruh picked up Phantom Slasher? And how did Kalmar's new body manage to obtain it again?
Alundra wrote:and will you quit the damn phantom slasher sword thingy... it is a different sword all together! so are jeruh and rhue before rhue becomes rhue...
See above. I know what I'm taling about.
Alundra wrote:not really dudelook at what i'm trying to say here, we KNOW kava ... he's dead, dead by the ps sword, he lives in the dream estrana, we know how he looks and all... i'm not saying kalmar is kava... you just have to read it all agian
Kava is the witch's mate. 'Nuff said.
Alundra wrote:okay ur right here... but then one thing you've gotta explain... who's projecting the thing, like rhue projects the ps, somebdoy has to project this one, since it's not the sword on it's own...
Amd why isn't it the sword on its own? Seriously, there's no reason why any person has to be associated with the projection; we certainly know from Rhue's case that the projection has nothing to do with voluntary action on the part of the sword's wielder. On the other hand, it is possible that the form of the projection is always similar to that of the blade's current holder. That would explain why The Phantom Slasher looks rather like Rhue and why, to a lesser extent, The Night Reaper looks like Traziun.
