Or maybe he wanted us to think that . . .hmm. . .

OR

maybe we should focus on theorizing about the way instead of theorizing about it's creators.

Yeah, that's probably a lot easier too.

I kinda doubt that they immediately went into the shape of the world that The Way is built upon. I mean, anti-matter worlds? Toruses? Giant Squids? Does anyone honestly believe those things came up in a conversation between Fwacho and Lun at some point when they were talking about The Way?

I agree with Sarcasm actually. The fact that Lun still wants to use the world of The Way with different characters implies that the world has been extremely fleshed out.

Ah yes, I'd forgotten about that. It'd be pretty hard to argue that away, except by saying the wanderers went backwards or in circles from time to time, which kinda defeats the purpose of my argument. So... I stand corrected.

I think Sarcasm was more saying "Lun and fwacho probably talked about it when fwacho was drunk and lun was in his godly equivalent of drunk" Or mabye he just means that talked about EVERYTHING.

When I, with my meager mortal mind, was writing a fantasy setting of my own, I thought of about everything, down to the fashion, metabolism, and reproducing technique of the new races.

I doubt a genius like Lun would leave something as important as the shape of the world undetermined.

Lun is a genius, so I'd Agree.
In this day and age, an era where there are people who actually throw shit at each other, anything, could be possible.

...with illustrated diagrams, I trust. Especially of the reproductive cycle. :P

Yeh, got into the whole planet-or-not debate with my own little world that never manifested itself 'cos it was too screwed up and I'm too lazy to fix it. So yeah, I bet fwacho does know.

Perhaps, the mist is a fake. I think, the phantom slayer is the mist. Before Jehru, Before Rhue it was an other phantom slayer. The one Jehru meets this night. The "guidesMaster" create Rhue. No, he create the phantom slayer. He create the mist. The end of the way is the beginning of the way. The end of the way is where Rhue end Jehru found the sword. The mist IS Rhue and that's why the "guides" dont want city. If somebody stay in a city end not die by the mist, the true will be discovered. That's why they said: " the phantom slayer is a man of the "guides". He kills people and the others walk on the way. "Guide" uses mist like the official story. The true is not here.

Hummm... I don't think so. I don't feel like typing out the numorus theories of this forum which go against that, or the plot holes it would make in the game, so I'll just wait for sage  (He'll do it better anyway...)

I think the way should indeed be either the torus thingy or (my favorite still) a planet. Why? Well, there's no actual way to fall off the planet, exept in the pits ending ... but that's actually just a deep pit in a dream so nevermind.

But the evidence everybody seems to be overlooking (and I have to admit it wasn't very clearly done by lack of outside looks of the vehicle) is that strata and lyrra took a boat once!
Yeah, they crossed a stretch of water with a boat. (its where the body of slade is lying as well). (I'll back this up later by posting just where in which episode it was but I think it's the fifth. I don't have the time now since I gotta go to work).
So there's plenty of water even oceans and that might mean it's a sphere just like our planet?

~Alundra~ says:no u'll wear the uniform

I wondered what that was. How do you know the boat wasn't just traveling up, or more likely down, a river? The rivers we see on Marna are big enough to accomodate a fair-sized boat.

I really don't qualify that as evidence. It's not good enough for me. (They could travle by boat over a streach with a lot of water in it.) If it does anything, it DISPROVES this theory. (If they had boats, then oceans shouldn't be a problem.)
