*Does the victory dance*

On a more serious note.

Have we got any news on Kleunwrade?

PLay the game again, Kleunwrade is an artist, he's made pretty much every painting in ep6 and a couple of poems and songs. Lexus loves his works.

Oh him, I thought you meant Kalmer. 8) I get those mixed up.
I just found a treasure-load of stuff.

Oh wait, I got something on him

"Kleunwrade: A Tragedy Observed".

That's just a book, but we now know something happened to him.

Meaning of harbringer.
(SOURCE: E6, Dinner Party, Part II Study, lots of intersting things there.)

RHUE: Here it is.\.\. A harbringer is, "One
who sends others on ahead."
Convo with Castor, Dinner Party, Part I

CASTOR: Have you ever heard about the Landorin Massacre?
RHUE: Yea,\.\. but what do you know of it?
CASTOR: This leaf brought to mind an old legend about the incident that
I heard once.
Many believe that the Landorin Massacre marked the birth of Phantom Slasher.
Others believe it simply marks the Phantom's arrival from the Reaches where the Phantom was most likely born.
RHUE: Born of what?
CASTOR: The Lord Below, the Lord of the Pits, the Evil One, whatever you
like to call him.
How this occurs I do not know. Maybe it doesn't really occur at all.
Perhaps the origins of the Phantom Slasher will never really be known.
Why some people point out the Landorin Massacre as the birth place I do not know.
The Landorin Massacre stands out only because of the lack of remains, and because all of the victims were children.
This is odd especially when you consider that in many massacres
linked to the Phantom Slasher, young children were usually unharmed.
RHUE: That makes for a lot of orphans.
CASTOR: Yep.

Phantom Slasher/Rhue killed Midian some point before taking Jeruh's aura.
Sword is part Shadow Sword(Phantom Slasher), part Illuminati(Actura)

That's all I can think about for now.

The whole point of the list is facts, so his name will be Rhue, nothign else. Save that for a theory section. I'll try to do Rhue today or tommarow.

Added a very basic Rhue bio, its hard to think of important stuff we really know about him, so much is just speculation. Also added convo with "M20" man.

Random factoid (I couldn't think of a better place to put it): "Exmus" is also the name of one of the Crestfallen few from Lun's "Crestfallen" series.

Though there are a lot of similar names like midian and all... Fwacho himself (yeah demigod of typo's and most incredible cryptic hints that mostly lead us nowhere...) told in a post that there is NO CONNECTION whatsoever between those series... which makes me wonder why lun reused those names... there's a ton of cool names out there, why use the exact same?
Ken~ says: I'll be a cop by then...
~Alundra~ says:All right, grand tour of china! drivin' around in a cop car!
Ken~says:You'll be wearing the uniform too?
~Alundra~ says:no u'll wear the uniform
~Alundra~ says:i'll just be sitting next to you going woeh woeh woeh ¨-^

Well, I tried to get more work done again, but due to a sudden urge to play Ogre Battle 64 again, I cant concentrate. I did notice though that Tetzel might have been based on Johann Tetzel. Its not a huge similarity, but they both worked in religion and it might be somthing to look into.

Based on the Wikipedia article, I'd say there are more than passing similarities. Johann Tetzel was most famous for selling indulgences - in effect, selling a lie to the people. We have speculated that Pontifus Maximus Tetzel has done the same thing - made up the Purpose for material gain and power.

I also find it interesting that he was abandoned when it became politically expedient, and was forgiven by Martin Luther who had previously preached against him. Perhaps something similar might be the ultimate fate of the Tetzel in the Way - a fall from power followed by a sort of redemption.

In any case, I think the names are too similar for Lun to have come up with it randomly. The Way is based on Christian themes, and the character of Tetzel (though we have yet to interact with him) I think is based on this real-world character.

I'm not sure if the Way is based on Christian themes like you say, I myself have never seen Lun state that exactly, however I believe you're right not to believe that names like Tetzel's were just put in randomly, Lun has put lots and lots and LOTS of thought into the games story/characters etc.
