I'll go with a few and explain here

Kygar is very likely to be Strata's brother (prolly younger) because they both wear similar clothes (Rhue's expression at Lide, anyone?). Also with the fact that Strata slept with Scatha/Castha, when Slade approached Kygar and Cetsa in The Way 3, Kygar knocked Cetsa out because he knew about Slade. Not many to prove but that's all there is.

The girl with the red hair running away from Rhue (The Way 6) turns out to be Traziun's mom (can anyone confirm? I just ripped this off from my other topic :S). However, unlike the other people that got pwnzored by Rhue, she's the only one who seems to remember her death. Jed doesn't remember it, Lyrra seems to not know about it, and so on. Infact, Jopaga seems to completely have forgotten about Rhue so I have no idea why Traziun's mom would remember such thing.

I had a lot more in mind but I forgot'em. I'll try to 'member if it shows up again in my mind that is.

Edit: Why is Rhue transparent in Dream Estrana at The Way 5 while in The Way 6 he is opaque? I'm guessing because the two shadow swords are closer together.

Who is the Harbringer in the start of The Way 5? The closest answer I can get up to is Rhue's Protector. But then again, if Slade even laid a blade against Rhue, his Protector would've pwned everybody in sight. And also it does not seem like something Gaius would do in his free time.

She didnt remember her death, just that someone wants to kill her(Rhue probably, or whoever he was at the time) Since shes dead obviously the killer finally got her, but it doesnt seem that she remembers that part.

That was Gaius, using his connections with the Guided to become the executioner. This way he could get close to Medmur and kill him, since he was really Entrego, the leader of the Aristotzi.

Well, I was closer than I thought when i posted it, so I don't really care on that one.

Almost all characters that have avatars have some type of importance. If that character doesn't have an avatar then you can go screw them.

Gaius definitely has the Illuminati Shadow Sword because all he is obsessed (literally) is about justice. Unlike Slade however, he does it for himself. What I find odd is that there seems to be 4 Shadow Swords. One for the Protector, Rhue, Gaius, and, even though this is a complete guess, Traziun. The reason I chose Traziun is because in The Way 4, Klow talks to him in the balcony and Traziun mentions about Gaius that they did something together. I'm not sure what but what I believe is when Traziun was being controlled by another aura , he must've 'accidentally' killed his mother and later became himself again, just like Rhue when he killed Jeruh. Traziun might've been one of the shadows Rhue saw as a young boy and Traziun passed his Shadow Sword to Rhue. Now since this is a complete guess don't spam at me if it is wrong.

The oddest thing of The Way 6 is that when Rhue kills like 20 or so Blood Lyn in The Way 5, you only see a few in Dream Estrana, and one of them happens to be a challenger in the Grand Casino.

When you say "Protector," you mean "Phantom Slasher," right? I'm not really sure where you picked up this naming convention, but it's generally agreed that the shadowy person that follows Rhue and kills things is the PS.

That makes a lot of sense. Rhue confusing Kygar with Strata seemed like a pretty random event, not worth keeping unless it meant something. I think it's more likely that Kygar slept with Chasta, and his brother Strata tried the same thing with Lyrra and Cetsa. Slade thought he recognized Strata in Episode 1, but he really knew Kygar (because Kygar's a Blue Scarve and Slade's a Vigilante), which would explain why Kygar knew Slade in turn (and ran away from him).

Weren't some other people transparent then, at least part of the time? Midian, "the girl" (there was something about her charset being different in Episode 6, right?), some bartender girl in the Shadow Inn...

Let's see. Jeruh had a Shadow Sword while committing the Landorin Massacre, but lost it and later changed his name to Rhue (at least according to Jeruh). Foreman Ballar acquired the Night Reaper at some point, and Traziun later took it and used it to kill Kalmar (see Kalmar's death scene). Upon realizing that Kalmar didn't kill his mother after all, he threw the Night Reaper onto a cliff (see the Episode 6 credits). Jeruh's sword was probably the Night Reaper as well; it makes things simpler than worrying about where Jeruh's sword went to and how Ballar got his.
Rhue has the Phantom Slasher, of course; he's had it for a long time, or he couldn;t have mimicked auras for so long.
Kalmar has the Ghost Horror; it went to Slade when he died (probably because Slade is obsessed with justice), but Lyrra took it before Slade and tried to kill Strata and Rhue with it. When Rhue killed Lyrra, he knocked the Ghost Horror away, and it can be seen stuck in a field in the Episode 6 credits. (Apparently if Rhue lost to the Phantom Slasher in their plunge, it is implied that he takes the sword.)
Apart from these three, there are three others as well that we don't see; the seventh Illuminati is not corrupted into a Shadow Sword, and belongs to Gaius.

(A good deal of the above summary of the Shadow Swords was mere theory and speculation, although I think most of it is highly likely.)

Please stop calling him the Protector. I don't know why I care, but its really starting to bug me now.

Wouldn't Kygar be the OLDER brother? Strata is cool but seems a little less mature and wise than Kygar, but meh.

Protector is a shorter version of Phantom Slasher so I like to use that.

Other then that the name reminds me that he does protect (duh) Rhue. Phantom Slasher for some reason doesn't make much sense...

Then in The Way 2, wouldn't Scatha knew Kygar beforehand?

I don't remember the scene but I think that they never even personally spoke about each other.

Or maby Slade mistook Strata for Kygar because Slade was hunting down Cetsa and would very likely know who Kygar is because of that. No need to needlessly make people brothers.

In The Way 6, when you go to a restraunt with Lexus/Sorya, the waiter over there is a former Shadow Lords member. If you ask me, it seems that all the Shadow Lords are now taking a new look and trying to fit in with other people in the community. This explains why they're freaking talkative and shit, not to mention that almost all Shadow Lords in The Way 4 were just silent silhouettes.

It seems very possible that Petura, the Vigilance council, is Slade's mommy (:P). She still has that arrogance, power-hungry belief, and all other mis-haps.

Since Slade didn't want to 'do it' with Petura, this adds to my evidence that Strata or Kygar slept with Scatha. Because of the 'sex' event, Chasta's face got burned. Slade, not wanting to have a similar misfortune, didn't do it with her.

There's no need to invent relationships where there most likely are none just so everything ties together neatly. And I can guarantee you that Patura is not Slade's mother - there is absolutely nothing to support that.
