I've heard about the Elean stone, I've been searching for it on RM but can't find it!!

i have seen it mentioned on several topics (and also the walkthrough!)
it is a notch item that was never activated and is unclear from its description what exactly it does!

i'm am trying to find it so i can look at it's encodind!

Just stick with the scarred stone, you may miss a few notch items to get it, but its real fun when all of a sudden you have a uber-attack that kills everything.
