Er, once you go there for the first time (around the back side with people there), events should play out on their own... Sorry if I don't remember exactly what you have to do, but I don't THINK I'm missing anything.

I think Cdub is talking about getting into The Scene right after you leave Altair Manor. I'm stuck there as well.

Head to the far right side of Estrana, kinda toward the center of the right wall. There should be a guard there; talk to him.
