After becoming the grand champion you can get it from Haskin in the House of Pnoe.

Sorry, I misread your post. It opens the door in the area where Cetsa was going to be executed in Episode 5.

Ya, thats were you fight Kavax again right? I have gotten there but I cant figure out how to start the battle...

You should just be able to walk into the door in the center of town and the fight would begin after you walk through it. :shock:
