The puzzle with the blue electric orbs seems pretty damn hard. I've been at it for a few hours and I can't seem to figure out how to do it. I'm not even sure what the objective is, but I'm guessing it's simply to light up all of them. Has anyone solved this puzzle already? If so can you post the solution or maybe send me a PM? Thanks.

I havn't solved it myself, but it works quite simple. Click on the doors. You'll see a small image of which orbs must be activated to open that door.
The different levers activate different lines of orbs. Just try it out, and you'll see how.
If anyone has got a solution, I'd really appreciate it. I truly like The Way for the story most. I like that there are puzzles, but stuff like this, just makes it annoying, because I can't figure it out.

This is covered in Jabbo's guide. I tried to post that section of it here, but the spacing of the diagram gets messed up.

Glad Jabbo found a solution, because I spent damn near three hours in beta testing trying to complete it and ended up cheating with RM2K to pass it. Definitely one of the harder puzzles of the Way, if not the hardest. Of course, maybe that's because I'm an impatient bastard.

I solved it, after careful analyzing, and working backwards. Working backwards in mazes is always a hit.

I don't know why, but the guide isn't working for me. The second door code jabbo gave is way off. Can anyone verify the combination?

It didn't work for me at first either, but then I noticed I wasn't looking too carefully at the ASCII art. The last two switches are numbered diffrently from what I thought they were.

Cyborg is right.
To succeed, you must make use of the diagonal line switches (the ones on the right). That's how I did it.

Easiest way I found to do it was work backwords.

I sepnt three hours on it and ended up using Jabbo's FAQ.(for teh the door on teh left) I go teh the first door by randomly hitting switchs in just five minutes
