Hrmm....
It's not there.
I've goten both women....
The Guide says it should be there, but it's not.
The candles are, though. But I dont know if they were there before.
Any ideas? The only things I haven't done are:
complete the house/chariltons quests,
and find the freakin door in the Lost City.
any help/suggestions are welcome.

Just for fun, I'll handle this one.

1 - Become the grand champion of the arena.
2 - Go to the House of Pnoe.
3 - Talk to Heinmets. He has yellowish orange hair, dark clothes, glasses, and is in the upper part of the House of Pnoe. Until you talk to him, the tickets won't appear.
