I'm just curious... what does it do, and how would I get it?

What it does, is that every turn it give Rhue a 5% chance to learn a skill called "Scarred", that costs 5 XL (I think) and does 999 pretty much any enemy.

Aah... thank you. It doesn't sound like something that should be sought for really... given the amount of Notch Items you'd have to give up for it. Well... unless one liked the idea of slots with horrendous odds rolling every turn... which reminds me of why I hate Scatha's Heart Stone.
