I can't find this painting

I'm trying to get all the items for my house, and the only thing i can't find is the painting. jabbo's guide says a phantom gives it to you... can anybody help me?

Yes! okay now i got the painting, but now i got this, "child's knee" key and i dont know where to use it.

Use it in the room where you found the key between the two torches next to the sink.

ok. thanks everybody. now i got two problems, i got into marasha's room but theres no jewelry next to the dress in the closet. AND i can't figure out this cocoa stuff.

If there are any ornaments depends on your relationship with Lexus and Sorya. If it isn't high enough, they won't be there.

You can't reach the Cocoa Easter Egg during normal gameplay.
If you have the RPGmaker2000, you could either change switch 2276 on and check the road right to the Grand Casino for a transparent workman, or you could just set your start position to the right map.
