Harry Potter and the end of the world.

The world is going to end with the last movie...........well my world anyways I just want to shoot myself whenever I hear the word "Harry Potter". Anyone else feel the same why? I want to make an anti-harry potter club.

Twilight bothers me more. Also, I don't really mind the Harry Potter movies. Fuck reading though, reading sucks.

Eh, overall I've enjoyed the books and the movies.

The books are good, the movies...not so much. They're okay, but they cut out way too much.
Then again, the same can be said of any book->movie transition. Movies are never as good.

Harry Potter books are pretty good. What I can't stand is Star Wars with dragons.

That's like saying Komodo Dragons are dragons.

I'm scared that I find myself agreeing with you, but Twilight is fucking awful. At least I enjoyed Harry Potter slightly. Nothing is worse than having to put up with girls 'in love' with a fictional vampire.
In this day and age, an era where there are people who actually throw shit at each other, anything, could be possible.

The books are great, although not perfect or worthy of the attention they get over many awesome books. Some of the movies are fine, but most of them have sucked for varying reasons and kind of missed significant things.

Twilight is a fucking insult to all books, ever. Imagine the entire generation of girls growing up reading that crap and thinking there is any part of that romance bullshit that represents reality... It's harming all of society.

I agree also about Twilight. I read all four books and then realized how out of touch they were from reality and how stupid they were. Having gone through serious relationships already no were has anything in that book happened to me once and I thought I was "in love" with one of the girls I went out with. Not saying theres no such thing as romance because there is its just not like the twilight books depict it. Its a womans glorified view of what romance should be nevermind that men think differently about relationships.......

Uh, Twilight is just the most shameless attempt I've ever seen to make adolecent girls wet.

I just find it funny that despite about 8 years of acting experience... Daniel Radcliff is still the most useless actor in the world...

True, but at least he's not as terrible as the kid off Two and a Half Men, he's actually getting worse.

Well, just try to keep your finger off the trigger until the next two movies. =P

Harry Potter, at least, has some merit; it's a decent enough series for me not to bitch about it every time a new movie for it comes out.

Now as for Twilight, nothing I could say could be any different from what anyone else has probably said about it. Meyer's prose is shitty. The fact that this series is based off of her damn wet dream doesn't help.
