BETA TOPIC: Quite a scavenger hunt hidden in the coding

=SPOILER ALERT= This is for those people who have FINISHED E6, and wish to discuss theories and stuff. Do NOT use it as a help board.

I thought I would be able to find the code in the cafe on my own, but I can't. It sounds familiar and I have probably seen it before and just forgot about it like Sage did. Still, could someone tell me where it is or post it here?

Its in the lexus event, but here it is:
It was a hot day, but we were inside when we met.
A complex. A dome dedicated to the memory of
brave soldiers.
It was a random selection process. How we ended
up walking together I have no idea.
She told me she liked my shirt.
We got along. I liked her.
She was a happy girl.
But the last time I saw her she
was in tears.
I could have helped her.
But I didn't.
Seeing her cry like that, I couldn't think straight.
The panacea could have been in my hands in a moment.
I'm still upset at myself.
Stupid.
And the Lord said unto John, "Come forth and receive eternal life." But John came fifth and won a toaster.

I have not seen that before and it is not in the Lexus event in my version. Is this something that Lun added after wave 7?

the interestingthing is that it's quite true and is the birth if the idea for Lexus. It's a signature thing as well. I never did get that whole story out of him.

I hope it's ok to ask this thing in this thread, at the risk of coming up with another at least once posted and discussed topic:
In the sound folder there are these four wav-files called "wayvoice1" etc.
I thought there could be a message hidden in them, so I used this simple audiorecorder program in the Windows folder (SNDREC32.exe) to play them backwards and two times faster. Now it sounds like someone's talking but if the voice is supposed to speak English then I don't understand what it's saying. Could you guys give it a try? Would be great.

Just a guess, but I bet it's Japanese if it is another language.

If you post the sound files here I will attempt to translate it if it is indeed Japanese. I currently don't have the right software installed to play it backwards or slower though, that's why you'll need to upload it somewhere.

http://www.geocities.com/sharkbite_33/waystuff.html

i have reversed all 4 wav files and and doubled their speed. hopefully that link works, and if not

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/windows

that is where i got the program to reverse and speed up the voice files so you can do your own manipulation. it took me about 30 minutes to figure out how to use the program, its pretty simple

WayVoice3.wav sounds like english to me. I can't quite make it out though. Honestly though, I think they were distorted beyond restoration, I also think that was intentional. Lun may have just recorded himself saying something so the sound effect would sound remotely human. Doubt there's a secret message.

They are scrambled too much indeed. I'm pretty sure it was done intentionally after hearing this. It's not Japanese either as far as I can tell :)

In the M 2 O map with the "3 6 4 _11 8 6 16 1 7" code, there's an inkwell on a table to the left of the bed with the following message:

Three of four and four in one
Five's too many and one is none
One, then Three, Six and Eight
Ten's the end of this cascade.

It might be related to the code.

Some other interesting stuff found in the controller event for the play.

WOMAN: Wow, that's it? That's
the end? I don't get it. Wasn't
Alan supposed to be attacked
by someone tonight?

Note: How many e-mails like this do you think I will get?

GIRL: I thought it was brilliant!
That guy playing Kura, Rhue,
is so talented!

Note: A few like this maybe?

WOMAN: I'm still a little disappointed.
Hey, are you coming to the Scene
for the after party?

Note: A few like this maybe?

The creation of this part in the game occurred after I had completed the end, the forest,
and the barrucha bridge maze. This whole experience was blur.
Halfway through I realized that this part was grand, but really wasn't
that much fun. Though I had planned to do a lot of fun things with the Concert hall
I'm not so sure I will be able to accomplish them.
I plan to complete the Lexus sidequest and have it reach it's climax here. This was a
miserable experience to make, and now I'm moving on to the arena. after I fill in the
crowd which will be mostly lifeless due to my burned out mind.
I've been telling people I will take a break after Episode 3, but I don't know if I will or not.
UPDATE

I've decided to change my plans for the
Lexus part. It will not take place here as
I originally planned.

There's also an earlier version of the auditorium found under the menu room.

I'm not sure how many planned side quests will be completed. I'm simply not having
much fun and creation has become a pain with my current health. I've been telling people
that I will take a break after Episode 3, but really I will be finishing this Episode.
I'm working nonstop whenever I can just to get this thing done. Though I don't feel I did
this part justice, I simply don't have the energy and I expect harsh criticism for many of
the faults that are obvious in this section.
Thankfully harsh criticism of this game is most often humorous to me. Maybe it's just that
it's such a waste of time to criticize a free handout in which so much effort is obviously
apparent.

My health is still in a sad state. I am not sure whether this game helps me struggle on or
merely holds me back and makes things worse. Oh well, I will finish.
Lun

This version is missing the comments about the e-mails.

P.S.: Any idea why when I open a note with three lines, the third line is always missing? I had to type the third lines for each of those notes because it was gone so I couldn't cut and paste it.

I'm not sure about this, but has anyone read the notes in the first event with The Girl, inside her house? I'm on my mac now, so I can't copy the text, but it might be siginificant. Also, this:

It was a hot day, but we were inside when we met.
A complex. A dome dedicated to the memory of
brave soldiers.
It was a random selection process. How we ended

Might this refer to the Blood Lyn, the thing with Blood Brothers? The mention of a "random selection process" seems like it might refer to that somehow.

It could be something Lun went through personally, fwacho has already stated that many of the comments in episode 6 are in fact signatures. Though this one isn't so apparent I guess...

Fwacho said something about that being the "birth of Lexus".

Yeah... Now that you mention it I think I read that too. Could mean Lexus is based on a real person then.
