Is there any hidden content for having a -1 Rhue Score?

I remember reading there are unique encounters/lines for having a high rhue score, but is there any hidden/subtle content for having a negative Rhue score? I always liked the idea of doing a playthrough where Rhue indulges in his more murderous side, rather than aiming for a half-hearted redemption.
